Our client is a successful financial services firm that are hiring a Customer Relations Office in what is a role focussed around complaint handling. You will be an integral member of the complaints team and contribute towards ensuring customer relations queries are handled to best practice standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the direction and implementation of the Key Group Complaint Handling Procedures.
• Provide direct support, guidance and advice to the business with regard to any Customer Relations related queries.
• To appropriately investigate and respond to customer complaints in line with Company Complaint Handling Procedures.
• Contribute to ensuring that the Key Group meets all its regulatory obligations.
• Provide direct support, guidance and advice to the business with regard to any Customer Relations related queries.
The Ideal Candidate:
• You will have demonstrable experience in a complaints capacity within an FCA regulated entity.
• Able to work efficiently with integrity and to a high standard. You will be both positive and proactive in encouraging a customer focused culture.
