Customer Recovery Advisor

Hours: Monday – Friday

2 Weeks: 9am-5pm

2 Weeks: 10.30am-6.30pm

Salary: £22000

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Recovery Advisor to join a financial services team.  Our client the places the customer at the heart of everything they do, so it’s important that you’re comfortable communicating to customers both on the phone and in writing,

What you’ll be doing

  • You will engage with our customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls, and written communication, to help support those who have fallen behind with their account payments
  • Demonstrating your great customer service experience and skills, you will engage and work with our customers to effectively understand the extent of their financial situation and then agree the most appropriate solution from a range of options available
  • You will handle some very difficult customer situations, communicating with empathy and professionalism

About You

  • Experience dealing with customers
  • Working in a challenging environment where you are focused on achieving objectives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to deal with customers in an empathetic manner while achieving desired outcome
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
