My client is looking for a Customer Insight Specialist to help them to be better at understanding the customer base. It will be critical to breaking down the existing customer base into market appropriate segments so that they can be able to understand purchasing behaviours and trends across the different segments.
The role will also be required to co-ordinate market insight surveys across the customer segments so that we can collate relevant feedback and use this to shape the pricing, marketing and business strategies. Building upon the initial segmentation, they will then look to create tailored pricing, sales and marketing collateral for each customer type that improve the sales effectiveness in these areas and also identify potential customer groups that don’t currently trade with them but would look in to it.
• identifying appropriate customer segmentation – both data and market driven and then analysing the data to provide a thorough understanding of each customer type – including trend and behavioural analysis. 
• This will allow us to create the appropriate pricing templates for each customer type and co-ordinate and interpret customer insight work.
• Working closely with both the pricing and marketing teams to ensure efficient and effective pricing and campaigns, you’ll provide the business with the intelligence it needs to identify and capitalise on new target markets.
• Applicants need to be proficient in using Power BI.
