3 Month FTC - Customer Experience Project Manager

Nobody likes to be stuck in BAU and an organisation I’m currently working with is wanting to ensure that doesn’t happen! We are looking to bring in specialist customer experience skills to ensure that the journey that customers take is amazing!!
This is a great opportunity to stay away from BAU and get your teeth stuck into projects that are going to have a real impact on a business. We are looking for an individual that will:
- Map out Customer Journeys for both on and offline channels
- Reduce friction in operations and IT processes
- Drive internal improvements that have a positive impact on NPS
