A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Coordinator to join a fast paced, customer focused team. You will deliver exceptional service to internal and external departments, using your excellent communication skills.
The Role
• To deliver an extremely professional, efficient and accurate customer service to our Facilities Management Companies.
• Support account managers to develop strong relationships with FM customers.
• Planning and site liaison
• Generate accurate billing in line with customer pricing matrices
• Annual re-occurring revenue invoicing including communication with customer to gain purchase orders.

Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.00
