A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Coordinator to join a fast paced, customer focused team. You will deliver exceptional service to internal and external departments, using your excellent communication skills.
•To deliver an extremely professional, efficient and accurate customer service to our Facilities Management Companies.
•Support account managers to develop strong relationships with FM customers.
•Planning and site liaison
•Generate accurate billing in line with customer pricing matrices
•Annual re-occurring revenue invoicing including communication with customer to gain purchase orders.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
•Self motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and demonstrate an active approach.
•Persistent, resolute in focusing on results and able to set tough personal objectives, monitor progress and if necessary take corrective action.

Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.00
