A leading, West Yorkshire based Financial Services company is looking for a Credit Policy Manager to enhance their credit risk capabilities through a period of continued growth.

You will be able to influence across all levels of the business and have the opportunity to lead a team within the New Lending and Debt Management departments.

About the role:

• Development and update of robust and transparent credit policy and assurance frameworks covering the credit life cycle.

• Develop and maintain an effect communications & training strategy for all internal and external stakeholders of credit policy & criteria.

• Work alongside the Credit Risk Decisioning Team to translate new policy and criteria into system based rules.

About you:

• At least 5 years’ experience of credit policy development and / or underwriting experience across secured retail products (Credit Decisioning, Property Risk and Debt Management)

• Detailed understanding of, and effective application of all Regulations and Legislation relating to Secured lending.

·         Relevant degree level qualification and/or CeMAP qualifications.
