Ideally you will have Motor Claims experience and seeking an opportunity to work from home following an initial three month induction and training period within our clients offices in Lichfield.
This role offers an immediate start
Shifts between 8.00am-8.00pm Monday- Saturday on a rotational basis. Occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Responsibilities:
To confirm delivery arrangements with the customer and external delivery partners in a proactive timely manner
To assist with the progression of claims in line with defined business goals and
objectives.
To deal with any customer queries or issues arising from the delivery process.
To liaise with the Internal Sales department to ensure that all the relevant information
is required for successful deliveries.
To accurately input information and capture relevant details on the Back-Office system.
Efficiently respond and action all correspondence in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records related to all potential, new and existing claims through the
relevant IT systems in accordance with process, procedures and SLAs.
Accurate production of all Driver Packs, ensuring data recorded is a true reflection of
what has been agreed.
Observing and complying with GDPR.
To achieve objectives and targets set.
Personal Specifications:
Experience working in a fast paced, target driven customer focused role ideally within a phone-based environment.
Demonstrable administration and customer service experience
Competent with using (MS Office)
Excellent verbal communication skills, persuasive and assertive
Tenacious self-starter who is results orientated.
Demonstrable experience of achieving against targets.
Good written communication skills
The ability to prioritise, recognising importance and urgency and work to tight
deadlines.
Effective time management
Excellent Customer Service ethos including empathy skills.
