Our client is a global legal business and we are looking for Collections Advisors with previous credit control experience and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for proactively contacting clients and internal contacts for prompt collection or resolution of aged receives, driving cash flow and debtor day targets by strong portfolio management and relationship building, working with relevant client partners and practice groups to achieve the firm’s KPI’s, and resolving customer receivable issues / disputes / claims with revenue control teams and practice groups.

Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, you will utilise your previous credit control experience and excellent communication skills in liaising with our wider finance team, colleagues across our clients’ international legal business, and external client base.

This role requires a creative and energetic performer who excites and inspires others. You will have proven experience applying credit and collections best practice to ensure consistent debt management and cash performance. Experience within insurance would be ideal, but we can be flexible on this providing you can demonstrate previous success at reducing aged debts alongside excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
