Contact Centre Sales Advisor

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week / Various shifts between 8am-8pm.

£23,000 with an opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus of £2k pro rata per annum.

We are searching for Contact Centre Sales Advisors, to join an outstanding business within its Membership team, and previous sales experience is desirable.

Contact Centre Sales Advisor Role:

Working on the telephone, you will have the potential and passion to deliver to targets in a dynamic and changing work environment. You'll have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, but most importantly; strive to deliver a great member experience. 

You will collaborate with Team Managers and Colleagues to recruit new members, optimise sale opportunities, and retain existing members using established sales techniques. To represent the company in a professional and courteous manner with the customer's needs at the heart of all your decision making.

You will speak with new and existing customers handling both inbound and outbound calls  (no cold calling) by explaining the benefits of products and services .

In line with company core values, you will promote services using interpersonal skills and training, help potential and existing members to understand the benefits of membership to secure new business and member loyalty.

Take ownership for achieving objectives and KPI's and personal responsibility to act in accordance with the company's vision, and goals.

A full induction and on-going training will provide you with extensive knowledge and understanding of products.

There is a requirement to attend 3 weeks' full-time training Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, starting on 2nd October 2023.

You must be available for the whole training period and have no annual leave during this time.
