In the Consultant or Senior Consultant role, you will be:
Joining the Finance team in London, building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with a vast pool of candidates and a wide range of clients, focussing within our core market Financial Services
Taking on a full 360 consultant role on an established desk, with plenty of existing clients to continue building great relationships with
Developing excellent knowledge of your specialism, staying up to date with market and industry news
Providing a consultative service to candidates and clients alike, offering advice and guidance in relation to CV writing, interviewing, career paths, salary benchmarking, team structure and how our tailored recruitment solutions can help clients to achieve their strategic business goals
Market-mapping and building wide talent pools for future vacancies
Having a broad commercial awareness and recognising potential business opportunities that can be passed on to relevant people throughout the wider business
Driving the success of your area however you feel is appropriate, contributing to your team’s success with the freedom to explore opportunities and take your role in any direction you choose
Delivering recruitment solutions for wide range of clients, from start-ups and SMEs to global corporations, FTSE100 and FTSE250 businesses

Our Consultants / Senior Consultants need to be:
Proven achievers in the recruitment world, with experience in delivering successful recruitment solutions
While Finance expertise would be beneficial, it is not essential as full support and training will be provided to help you in building your knowledge in this area
Sociable and a strong communicator; confident in conversing with all levels of candidate and client, and forming strong, lasting and trusting relationships
Able to operate with honesty, professionalism and integrity
Able to utilise recruitment tools and websites
Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office and pick up in house systems and softwares (e.g. Profile Recruitment system)
Finances – a market-leading commission structure on top of a great base salary
Holidays – a minimum of 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays AND your birthday off! And the longer you stay, the more annual leave you’ll earn.
