Job Description: My client operating in the Wealth Management space is looking for a Compliance Policy Manager to join their Policy team and assist in the delivery of the Group’s core Compliance Services
The role will involve:
• Assist the Head of Policy in the design and delivery of all compliance related external communications ensuring accuracy of information and format
• Monitor updates from FCA and other relevant bodies to identify impacts on member firms and departments throughout the Group
• Work effectively within the Compliance Policy Team with regards to the delivery of our Compliance message and services
• Retain up to date knowledge of FCA rules
• Delivering internal and field compliance teams of monthly policy developments and direction
• Attendance at member events as required and delivery of compliance updates
• Build relationships with partner firms and support their delivery of presentations to member firms through guidance and direction
• Assist with the construction of PowerPoint presentations that create simple and clear messages for use with internal staff and for member events
• Provide simple messages and guidance to help firms implement complex regulatory requirements
• Identify how communications and guidance can become more focused and targeted to member firms
Key Requirements:
• Qualified to Level 4
• Sound understanding of regulation and legislation requirements
