​MERJE are working with a leading Wealth Management business who are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their fast growing business.

​

•Provide support and guidance to the Investment Management team

•Lead on both conduct and Prudential regulation guidance, leading on FCA regulatory activities as required.

•Subject Matter expert for any Compliance related matters relevant to the Investment Management team

•Creating and maintain company errors and breach logs.

•Rolling out relevant training to internal teams

•Maintaining a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape

•Work with clients to ensure FCA regulatory Compliance.

Key Requirements:

​

•Degree and/or Professional Compliance qualification

•At least 2+ years experience in Compliance within financial services with ideally asset/wealth management exposure

•Proven understanding of the regulatory environment particuarly FCA systems and controls

•Strong knowledge of Compliance and Conduct risk
