Job Title:   Compliance Monitoring Team Leader - 12 month FTC

Salary: £55,000

Location: London - Hybrid

 

My client, a reputable Fintech firm require an experienced Compliance Monitoring Professional to join their team on a 12 month fixed term basis.

About the Role  

The Compliance Team Leader Monitoring & Assurance (TLM) is responsible for the execution of comprehensive proactive assurance over all  Group sales, operations and support activities.

This role will be responsible for executing the review and assessment activities, acting as a 1 st line quality assurance function for the group. The role will also be required to contribute towards the process of continuous improvement.

Day to day Responsibilities  : Ensure regular and timely compliance outputs are prepared for key stakeholders including the ownership of key monitoring and assurance reports to senior management and the Group's Executive Board.

Managing directly and where delegated a range of monitoring activity across the Group including planning, co-ordination and provision of specified requirements.

Provide oversight of and reporting against the Group's 1st Line call monitoring and quality assurance processes including the provision of training and guidance.

Assist in providing regular reporting to a range of key stakeholders as part of the overall Compliance reporting rhythms and to meet the requirements of operational, support and sales leadership teams including recommendations for improvement, warnings and potential risks included. Set, log, track, and report against actions and remediation plans.

Provide best practice advice to support key compliance outcomes eg complaints, claims performance, errors and omissions.

 

 

About You  

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience of managing more senior stakeholders with integrity and communicating challenging messages.

Significant experience in compliance monitoring roles.

Experience of a fast-paced, rapid change environment, with the ability to gain new skills rapidly.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify errors quickly.

Management experience desirable
