​Our client is a fast paced and successful business who due to growth and success are looking to recruit a number of new positions. The opportunity has arisen to join the firm in the role of Compliance Monitoring Manager. In this role you will lead, drive and provide assurance that the business is operating in a compliant manner in respect of all regulatory requirements, to support positive customer outcomes and help deliver cultural change. Creating, implementing and delivering the annual monitoring plan for the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and deliver regulatory requirements across the business, (as highlighted by the regulatory business plan and/or change)

• Build, manage and monitor activity and routine reports, raising awareness and adherence across the business, e.g. AML, and regulatory reporting and returns

• Leading, managing and approving the delivery of regulatory training to raise awareness and education on all areas of compliance requirements

• Leading on, delivering and supporting the delivery of projects and Business as Usual activities through specialist knowledge and experience

• Facilitating and managing KRI dashboards and departmental MI, monitoring results and liaising and supporting the business on outcomes and actions required

• Risk Management

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience of working within financial services environment

• Experience of working with regulatory requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of insurance and consumer credit rules

• Excellent working knowledge of legislation and regulations

• Experience of managing relationships with the regulator
