MEJRE are partnered with a leading commercial banking groupwho are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilites:

• Creating, implementing and reviewing policies and procedures for the Compliance & Risk function

• Advisory to Client Money, Data Privacy and Depositor Protection

• Assisting in creating training programmes for the business on regulatory Compliance

• Reviewing Data Privacy Impact Assessments to understand how underlying risks are being managed.

• Supporting in recording the record tracking and escalation of whistleblowing disclosures and preparing reports to Senior Executives and Directors

• Contribute to the continuing development of the team

Key Requirements: 

• Experience in Compliance in banking/financial services

• Collaborative approach to problem solving

• Strong understanding on banking regulatory landscape

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
