Our Client is an exciting property business who are looking to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager to set up, monitor and deliver proactive and professional compliance advice and services.

As part of their operational management team, you will be responsible for ensuring policies, procedures and internal guidance documents are created, managed and maintained across the whole compliance remit.

Working with wider management, a timetable of regular audits and assessments will need to be created to ensure the business is compliant with relevant codes and legislation, and to highlight any areas for improvement.

Key attributes:

You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a Financial Services compliance environment and will have a sound knowledge and understanding of: 

·         FCA standards

·         AML regulations

·         GDPR and reporting duties

You will need:

·         Commercial understanding and a fascination with technology

·         Experience using new technologies and an open mind towards innovative solutions
