​Job Description:

​

•Co-ordinating, undertaking and reporting the results of compliance oversight activities

•Developing the annual monitoring plan, undertaking risk assessments to ascertain activity required

•Maintaining and monitoring the delivery of the compliance plan in accordance with stipulated timelines Providing expert opinion and support on compliance matters

•Tracking the completion of compliance monitoring actions, liaising with key stakeholders to drive completion

•Production and analysis of compliance monitoring MI

•Maintain key compliance policies, procedures and processes to ensure they remain up to date

•Triaging incidents and managing breaches, ensuring escalation via the committee structure as necessary Ensure the RCSA framework is subject to controls testing in accordance with the annual plan

•Supervision of the Compliance Monitoring team, ensuring team knowledge and competence is developed / maintained

Experience required:

•5+ years’ operating in a management or supervisory level for a major company or division of a large corporation within UK Financial Services, preferably within a Compliance, QA or Legal capacity

•In depth knowledge and experience of operating within a BTC and BTB lending business

•Experience in the development and maintenance of Compliance plans and frameworks, and associated standards

•In depth knowledge of Compliance assurance methodologies
