MERJE are working with a highly reputable US Hedge Fund in their search for a Compliance Analyst in London.

Reporting into their UK Head of Compliance and working closely with the global Compliance team, you will be responsible for:

• Review and implement the firms Compliance Monitoring program

• Carrying out daily review and monitoring of the firms Code of Ethics program

• Reviewing and approving personal trade requests

• Partnering with the business to review any event, meeting or corporate access requests

• Maintain internal controls in order to detect violations of company policies and procedures

• Preparation and completion of various regulatory filings

• Assist with educating investment and non-investment staff on compliance related matters

• Handling ad-hoc projects for the team

• Assisting the team with compliance onboarding, new hire and annual compliance trainings

Ideal background & experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant central compliance experience gained within a hedge fund or asset management environment

• Familiar with Code of Ethics and Personal Trading requests

• Compliance Monitoring experience

• Highly detail orientated

• Strong organisational skills
