MERJE have partnered with a leading Investment Manager in the search for a Compliance Analyst to join their Compliance team in London. The Compliance Analyst’s role will be to deliver the CRIMS implementation for the Compliance Team.

Key accountabilities

·         To understand the CRIMS compliance capabilities and how it will be used by the compliance function.

·         To identify and interpret the existing compliance regulatory rules and objectives required for all portfolios to be onboarded into CRIMS.

·         Configure and code the compliance rules and controls for the portfolios to CRIMS.

·         Develop the testing approach including targeted metrics and scenarios and execute testing of the coded compliance rules and controls.

·         Become the “super user” of CRIMS for compliance and the “go to” person for usage and functionality.

·         Provide post live support for the compliance function and maintain system rule accuracy and controls.

·         Define the compliance governance framework including approvals for CRIMS.

Knowledge and skills required

·         Understanding and experience of asset management principles.

·         Existing working knowledge of the FCA COLL and related sourcebook rules.

·         Project skills including governance, reporting and delivery.
