​Monday – Friday between 8am-7pm with 1 Saturday in 4

£25,000 + bonus (£500 after probation and then up to £250p/m)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer focused individual to join my clients Complaints team as a Complaints Handler.

No silly KPI’s or impossible to achieve bonuses, you can get up to £250 in this Complaints Handler role for providing high levels of service to our members!

What you will be doing as a Complaints Handler:

• We need someone who can take ownership of complaints, fully investigate and resolve them in a timely manner

• Providing the highest standard of customer service adhering to our principles and working to FCA guidelines.

• Using strong written skills to effectively communicate with our members following complaints, ensuring that all letters are generated in accordance guidance and regulations

• Being a champion for change and supporting management decisions, contributing towards the achievement of own and team objectives by maintaining a great team spirit, providing support and coaching to colleagues

• Identifying and highlighting opportunities to reduce complaint volumes

Ideal Complaints Handler:

• Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment

• IT skills including Microsoft office

• Previous complaints experience is desirable

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• An eager, positive, and proactive approach

• Problem-solving skills and thrives working under pressure

• Strong organisational skills

• Keen attention to details

• Knowledge of FCA guidelines is desirable!
