The Compensation Senior Analyst will assist the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in providing support to the region. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Global Rewards Team.

The position requires the ability to engage with various stakeholders, both internal and external, within a complex and dynamic business environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in educating employees on company reward practices and programs by conducting internal training sessions for HRBP and TA teams.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP team to offer competitive compensation recommendations.

  • Assist in conducting annual Compensation surveys and the Market Pricing process for EMEA.

  • Support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle and work with the Global Rewards Team and project team on tasks such as testing, communications, and HRBP support.

  • Analyse salary structures, market trends, and employee data.

  • Assist with compensation-related requests, including role evaluation and salary reviews, while maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning framework.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reward-related data as needed.

  • Collaborate with the Service Centre to manage corrections/changes in Workday.

  • Partner with the broader team to drive continuous improvement and process automation, enhance HRIS integration, and maximize system utilization.

Skills and Experience:

  • Possess agile thinking and adaptability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding timelines.

  • Experience in international compensation and/or benefits, preferably in the EMEA region.

  • Familiarity with market compensation surveys (e.g., WTW).

  • Proficient in IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with HRIS integration and reporting.

  • Previous experience with Workday.

  • Excellent command of the English language.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a solution-driven mindset.
