​I have an exciting role for a Senior Cash & Credit Risk Manager to join the Finance Team in Manchester. This role is for a manager with a track record of transforming the performance of a collections and risk function. You will be responsible for developing strategies and improvement initiatives. You will get the opportunity to set the strategic direction of the function to deliver against objectives and performance KPIs. The successful individual will ensure that the function operates at optimum performance with a focus on continual business improvement and will lead the effective operation of cash performance globally.

You will be strategically leading a high performing global cash and credit function with a strong focus on effective and robust collection processes and excellent client and internal stakeholder engagement. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent cash and aged debt performance results. You will have a clear understanding of the credit risk requirements to enable us to proactively manage the Group exposure and advise our business leaders to make informed decisions.

You will be learning from industry leading experts in a friendly and committed working environment and get involved in a variety of tasks such as;

•Significant job experience and knowledge of financial related processes and performance in credit risk, collections and cash.

•Strong experience of working in a matrix organisation and delivering results in a global business.

•A proven track record of working in a customer orientated organisation

•Experience of holding self and others accountable for the achievement of performance expectations.
