If so, we have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Administrators to join a forward-thinking innovative team in a growing business on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Collection & Recoveries Role:

The key purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Collections team, ensuring that the daily activities within the department are processed and administered correctly and in line with agreed SLAs.

Collection & Recoveries Administrator Responsibilities:

•Dealing with and the distribution of incoming and outgoing post/emails

•Drafting letters

•Working and dispatching letters on behalf of all Officers within the department

•Preparing invoices for approval

•Debiting accounts with fees and charges

•Daily and bulk scanning

•Preparing letters to Housing Associations and Solicitors regarding rent/service charge arrears

•Making and responding to telephone calls to/from solicitors, Asset managers and Housing Associations, providing a polite, professional and accurate response

•Identifying requests/queries more appropriately dealt with by other departments and referring them as appropriate

•Complying with Money Laundering, Fraud Prevention and Data Protection regulations

•Complying with FCA regulations including Debt Collection guidance

•Ensure own compliance with the TCF policy

•Maintain the company’s compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations

•Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Risk Management Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you put customers at the heart of everything you do.

•Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Data Governance Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you treat data as an important corporate asset which must be protected and managed.

Collection & Recoveries Administrator Requirements:

•Knowledge of the collections industry is desirable

•Mortgage industry knowledge for residential and buy to let is desirable

•A minimum of 12 months administration experience is essential

•Intermediate skills in respect of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
