Our client specialises in Clinical Negligence Claims, Insurance Litigation, Professional and Personal Injury claims.

We are seeking an experienced ambitious Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar clinical negligence role.

You should have Defendant experience and able to demonstrate a proven track record of running and successfully litigating medium and high level cases

The successful applicant will be working to facilitate our Defendant contract for fields of medicine including but not limited to:-

• Surgical errors

• Delayed and misdiagnosis cases

• Cosmetic surgery claims.

• Dental Cases

• Consent Cases

• Ophthalmic claims

The role requires evaluation of claim notifications and clear and concise advice in triaging these claims, including reviewing screening reports and thereafter possibly running the claim through litigation.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Self-motivated and thrives in a busy working environment

• Willing to collaborate and develop with a team

• Experience in use of case management system

• Ability to travel to London on a monthly basis for team meetings

• 2-3 years’ post qualification 

• Ability to develop marketing to promote the firm’s services

• Strong analytic and decision-making skills
