​Our client is a boutique firm of Solicitors working in Farringdon, central London and are committed to achieving and providing a first-rate legal service. They specialise in Clinical Negligence Claims, Insurance Litigation, Professional negligence, and Personal Injury claims.

We are seeking an experienced ambitious trainee, reporting to the Senior clinical negligence lawyer, with demonstrable experience in clinical negligence to work as a part of a team of lawyers several of whom are medically qualified.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a clear knowledge and experience of the subject and to have worked working on medium and higher value cases and a proven track record of running and successfully litigating those cases towards trial.

The successful applicant will be working on mature cases including: -

•Surgical errors

•Cancer (delayed and misdiagnosis cases)

•Cosmetic surgery claims.

•Birth defect cases

•Consent Cases

•Ophthalmic claims

•Ambulance delays

Experience of working in a small team of solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff, would be a distinct advantage.

Hours - 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.
