The Client Success Managers are an integral part of the firm, providing ongoing support and development of existing customer accounts. For 30 years they have specialised in building complex data management and software products for well-known companies around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain client relationships, ensuring our client’s business operations are supported at all times.

• Partner with your clients and become their trusted advisor, identifying how the firm could support them further and retain their business.

• Work closely with other departments in the business to achieve the shared goal of delivering a successful solution to our clients.

Your skills/experience:

• Someone proactive with a genuine interest in relationship management. They want you to want to do well and will support you in getting there.

• A background in account management is highly desirable, they’ll help you apply this experience in a flexible, customer centric environment.
