My client is looking for a Client Services Manager working alongside team members to facilitate control over and smooth running of the business. 
As a Client Service Manager, you will support the MD in developing business, assist in maintaining and developing Client relationships and ensuring all aspects of frontline sales, service and customer relationship management processes are operating effectively.
 
Responsibilities
• Support MD in the development of sales and relationship plans 
• Support the senior team with ideas, implementation and marketing campaigns
• Support the development of existing/new product lines, managing/supporting the delivery and implementation of projects 
• Contribute to the management of the sales pipeline, supporting the Business Development team to close deals 
• Work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure smooth on boarding of new clients 
• Act as initial contact for client complaints, liaising to facilitate an appropriate response
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with Clients that will engender confidence and trust; indirectly encouraging ongoing business
• Represent company at exhibitions and seminars
• Identify, develop and maintain client support processes that will demonstrate an appropriately run business to our clients and the Board
• Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned
• Operate within agreed mandates and budget at all times
 
Experience & Qualifications
• Previously operated at a senior level within financial services, Contact Centre or Business Process Outsourcing sector
• Has a proven track record in the successful delivery of projects and business change initiatives
• Previous experience of business development, marketing activities, client management and service delivery to clients 
• A strong competence for Microsoft office packages
• Strong communication skills; needs an ability to work well with others
• Able to take initiative; is self-motivated and energised to drive things forward to successful conclusions
