Client Administration Executive

Temp to Perm role

Hours: Monday to Friday,  9am to 5pm (35 hours) 

My client is looking for administration support within the Contracts and Pricing team in order to deliver a high quality service to their own clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the admin support for business customers with regard to their utilities accounts
  • Updating changes in the system
  • Processing paperwork
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Talking to suppliers and feeding back to the customers where necessary
  • Updating missing information into customers files
  • Case management and investigation of complaints
  • Chasing letters of authority

    Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Organisation skills
  • Experience of Outlook Applications
  • Good team player
  • Admin support experience
  • Preferably within the energy industry but not essential as full training will be given
