£25,000 plus uncapped commission

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Claims Handler to join a friendly, family run business. As a Claims Handler you will be looking after client’s of regular referral sources, taking details of new claims and handling your own allocation of existing claims.

Skills / Experience Required:

• You will need to have proven experience in handling Motor Claims, having strong analytical ability and being technically competent.

• This role will suit a competent yet driven individual looking to be part of a business that likes to challenge, yet also be challenged.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as this will be a role where you may need to interview and probe where necessary to get the right result.

• Being confident in your own ability and good decision making is immensely important along with having a highly professional demeanour.

• Knowledge of ABI/GTA

• Knowledge of Phonetic Alphabet

• Competent with Microsoft Office
