Our client is a highly regarded insurance and fraud business who are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler. The main responsibility of the role will be to settle claims and deliver a positive customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of different claims including assessment, valuing and settlement of the claim
  • Handle and settle claims made promptly and fairly
  • Work with colleagues to ensure shared goals are achieved
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by communicating with stakeholders in a helpful and proactive manner

Key Requirements:       

  • 5 GCSE’S Grades A* - C or Level 4-9 to un
  • Customer Service experience
  • Working knowledge of claims and claims handling
  • Strong communication skills
