My client is looking for a Change Manager to support the change agenda by managing and delivering projects and small changes within the parameters of the agreed quality, time, scope and budget. Working with Company and Change and IT management teams and colleagues to contribute to the development and implementation of the change operational plan in line with the company strategy.
•Overall direction, co-ordination, and control of allocated change work to agreed company standards, ensuring that the ULP change delivery approach and suitable project management tools are applied appropriately.
•Deliver projects and small change activities to defined criteria and customer satisfaction.
Undertake suitable analysis to facilitate project / change inception, scoping and planning.
•As appropriate, develop requirements, set suitable goals and objectives, and develop business cases
Experience & qualifications
•Track record of meeting and exceeding delivery targets and objectives in line with Company’s principles and values.
•Ability to manage a project team.
• Previous project and change management experience useful but not essential.
•Knowledge of, and experience in, theoretical and practical aspects of project management, lifecycle, techniques and tools useful but not essential.
•Knowledge of wider life and pensions industry and current events and drivers.
