This role will involve managing changes requested within the Consumer Division. Changes will range from a variety of sizes, which require analyse to advise the appropriate management method. You’ll be expected to challenge stakeholders to validate details and the benefit towards business objectives.

You’ll be expected to work with various stakeholders and representatives from different business divisions, technology teams and related third parties to manage the implementation of these changes.

Responsibilities:

•Identify and validate the key business requirements

•Manage the relationship with the decisioning platform to ensure changes are prioritized.

•Responsible for delivery of the change stack working closely with Risk and Pricing teams

•Manage the delivery of the changes needed via our Servicing partners – responsible of prioritizing the changes with the business stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery by the servicing partners

•Assist business users in optimising the scope, benefits and risks of proposed work streams; help manage expectations of users and management.

Skills & Experience:

•Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

•Any formal qualification in business, and/or data analysis (eg SSADM)

•Agile qualification (desirable)

•5+ years of Business Analysis / Change Management experience

•Experience in Financial Services/SME Banking

•Experience in gathering, analysing and defining

•Proven experience in detailed process mapping and process automation

•Knowledge and practical experience of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

•Requirements gathering and definition

•Process solution design

•Experience of working in a FCA governed company
