Call Centre Advisor

£20,000 + bonuses

Manchester

Monday-Friday flexible 8am-8pm (1 weekend a month flexible 8am-6pm)

What will I be doing as a Call Centre Advisor?

·         Dealing with customer queries and handling objections

·         Speaking to both new and existing customers regarding products and services they may be interested in.

·         Delivering a world class customer journey

·         Working collaboratively with your team

·         Working towards targets/kpis

·         Rapport building
