Full time / permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm (Early finish on a Friday & the occasional half a day on a Saturday)

We are currently looking for Call Centre Advisors to join a fast growing customer focused team based in Banbury. We currently employ over 100 people but have HUGE growth plans in place to triple in size during 2022. There will be excellent opportunities to progress and develop your career!

As a Call Centre Advisor you will be supporting customers through a mixture of communication channels such as inbound & outbound calls, webchat & email correspondence. We are looking for people with strong communication and listening skills, can show high levels of empathy and understand customers situations.

We empower our Call Centre Advisors to deliver impeccable service to all our customers. Our Call Centre Advisors are given full training, following which you can follow our hybrid working model.

Call Centre Advisor duties:

• Maintain and develop customer relations

• Interact with customers, identify their needs or issues and try and resolve them on first contact where possible, promote products and services, collect payments and answer general queries

• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the image of the brand and maintain its reputation

• Respond to customer complaints

• Maintain targets for accuracy, quality, volume and agreed service levels

• Helping to maintain accurate records and updating internal systems

• Performing other duties as assigned, which are reasonable, relevant to the job role and necessary for company success

• Supporting other colleagues when assigned to do so
