If so, I am recruiting for Call Centre Advisor to join a very successful and reputable business located in Derby. With offices across the globe and a work force of over 20,000 people, this would be an exciting & rewarding career opportunity to work for a company that is a leader in its sector.


As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be speaking to existing customers predominantly about their current subscriptions with the business. You will also highlight additional products and services to the customer. We are looking for candidates who can deliver a world class customer journey combined with the ability to identify sales opportunities alongside the customer’s current package.

  • Experience working towards targets

  • Retail, hospitality, sales, contact centre experience would be ideal
