The role will be responsible to undertake suitability assessments of adviser business pre-& post-sale to ensure good customer outcomes in line with company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
•Conducting pre and post-sale case file reviews and giving constructive feedback to advisers/paraplanners re these cases
•Responding to remedial actions completed by advisers/paraplanners as a result of the reviews
•Responding to queries from advisers as required
•Contribute to consistency meetings as held by the Head of Business Quality
•Be able and willing to undertake tasks as allocated by management
The Person:
•Minimum Level 4 qualified or equivalent and ideally hold either G60, AF3 or AF7, AF5
•Must have previous experience of file reviewing
