Job Description: The role will involve undertaking suitability assessments of adviser business pre-& post-sale to ensure good customer outcomes in line with company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting pre and post-sale case file reviews and giving constructive feedback to advisers/paraplanners re these cases
• Responding to remedial actions completed by advisers/paraplanners as a result of the reviews
• Responding to queries from advisers as required
• Be able and willing to undertake tasks as allocated by management
The Person:
• Minimum Level 4 qualified or equivalent
• Ideally AF&, AF3 or G60 qualified
• AF5 qualification would be beneficial
