Job Description:

My client is looking for a Business Change Delivery Manager to re-evaluate the consumer finance experience and liberate customers, making customer experience simpler and more enjoyable. As a Business Change Manager, you will develop, lead, and implement Operational change projects spanning across technology, channels, and business processes. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Driving Change through project management
  • Undertaking design, business analysis and problem-solving activities that will overcome challenges and help improve servicing to customers
  • Contributing to business solution, business case development and driving multiple initiatives forward
  • Working with colleagues across the business to represent Operations supporting delivery of the wider business change agenda
  • Relationship management of partners and suppliers to support change and transformation programme initiatives
  • Managing the ‘end to end’ execution of formal programme governance and routines through production
  • A driving force in generating creative ideas to improve the business whilst managing the overall roadmap of change for Operations
  • Ensure change plans are managed and prioritised effectively and within budget

 

Experience required:

 

  • Working knowledge of Credit Cards is a strong preference
  • Previous experience in similar Change, Project Management & Project Office based roles within Banking and/or Financial Services
  • Adaptable to working in a small team, able to leverage a strong cross section of expertise in a FinTech company whilst comfortable working alone 
  • A track record of leadership success that demonstrates a rounded knowledge of how businesses work in an-ever transitioning environment
  • Embedded and practised ability to recognise priorities, schedule workloads and manage time effectively
  • Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Recognised capability to easily interact and work alongside key stakeholders including senior executives

 

Previous experience and qualifications:

 

  • Drive the successful delivery of exciting new strategic initiatives within the Credit Card industry
  • Helping customers manage their money smarter and want to make a tangible impact to an outdated consumer finance industry 
  • You are a reliable and structured professional and excel in a flat team structure where trust and integrity is the key foundation for everything, we do 
  • You are comfortable using a direct language and speaking in a straightforward yet respectful manner to save peoples´ time and simplify everyone´s workday.
