My client is looking for a Business Analyst to be responsible for analysing, & defining Customer correspondence outputs, aligned to the Customer experience strategy and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with Transformation, the Client and business stakeholders to ensure business requirements.
Execute business analysis with business, IT and strategic partners on large/complex projects.
Recommend the best method of achieving the required business outcome via the application of a wide range of analytical tools and techniques.
Provide input to the establishment of innovative business solutions to meet strategic, tactical and operational requirements.
Interprets legislative and regulatory changes, assessing the wider impact on Customer Correspondence, and in designing business solutions to ensure compliance with externally-driven timeframes.
Skills & Experience:
A systematic, discipline and analytical approach to problem solving, supported by strong interpersonal skills and confidence.
Able to apply different techniques to resolve issues and analyse risk and impacts across a range of potential solutions.
Strong attention to detail, good fact-finding skills and ability to make evaluative judgments based on both quantitative and qualitative information.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision Experience.
Good understanding of Life and pension products and broad awareness of the Financial Services industry and the regulatory environment
