My client is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Project Managers and other business parties to define customer, technical and business requirements ensuring alignment with the product, business and architectural vision.
Responsibilities
•Translate product owners project scope and vision into required epics and features
•Utilise Agile methodologies with appropriate use of epics and features for each sprint, prioritisation activities and defined acceptance criteria agreed within the wider multi-disciplinary team.
•Develop in conjunction with the PMO standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications ensuring there is no ambiguity for developers
•Participates in the selection and quality assurance of any third party/purchased solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled an optimised
•Lead workshops, interviews, focus groups and other techniques to effectively understand the business problems and user needs.
Skills & Experience
•Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in a software development environment.
•Knowledge of private healthcare sector either directly or indirectly, desirable.
•Knowledge of Dev Ops Frameworks, Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
•Working knowledge of product development architecture
•Excellent knowledge of user-centred design principles
•Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
•Able to exercise independent judgement and take action on it
•Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
•Logical, efficient and with a keen attention to detail
•Ability to work collaboratively with large teams both on and offshore
