​My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Change team! They are able to offer hybrid working or work from home; attendance at meetings. The successful candidate will have the experience and capability to work on significant IT, regulatory and propositions change projects, as well as offer coaching to more junior member of the team.

Responsibilities:

•To review, analyse and design business solutions and processes that improve the effectiveness of the organisation, deliver the required functionality, and meet the business objectives.

•Fully investigating existing systems or processes, normally triggered by a Change Request or business issue raised.

•Identify 'root cause' business issues and associated change requirements and/or challenge stated requirements, where appropriate.

•Influence customers' expectations/view of their requirements by outlining issues.

•Contribute to, or lead, the evaluation of alternative solutions to business problems, including the assessment of technology, and developing a full understanding of the impacts of each alternative in terms of finance, systems, process, and roles.

Skills & Experience:

•Industry knowledge of Financial Services.

•Recognised qualification in Business Analysis, or significant experience in an IT Business Analyst role.

•A successful track record in business analysis, process mapping, requirement capture, producing specifications for new and changed processes, and these solutions providing good business value.

•Previous experience of systems analysis, systems development and structured system testing.
