Currently looking for B2B Sales Executives to join our client based in the Manchester area. Our client is a longstanding, successful business who are going through a period of growth. They are looking to hire 3 desk-based Sales Consultants to join a busy sales team. They offer bespoke training and mentorship as well as a development route into the position of Field Sales Executive. They value staff highly and regularly recognize & reward hard work & success, with all their management team also being promoted from within.

The role:

Sales Executives will sell in a B2B capacity, targeting the SME sector in the North West region, selling both products & services. The role requires a consultative approach by understanding decision maker & business needs in order tailor packages to clients. The role involves direct selling and an element of opportunity generation for Field Sales Execs, for larger prospects. Sales Executives will have the opportunity to manage the accounts that they secure for the purposes of referral and repeat business. A strong work ethic is essential.
