We are recruiting for an Assistant Savings Pricing Manager to join a forward-thinking team in a growing business in our Chatham or Wolverhampton or office.

Assistant Savings Pricing Manager Role

To support the Savings department with delivery of the day-to-day management, development, and implementation of pricing activities. Ensuring the correct governance is followed and liaising with the wider stakeholder group to meet key financial metrics.

ASPM Responsibilities:

•Work with the Senior Savings Product Manager and the wider Pricing team in the development, pricing, and management of the portfolio of products

•Assist with the production and maintenance of analysis to cover competitors, savings markets, product performance, operations, and call centre metrics

•Actively recommend and support the SSPM to produce pricing recommendations for consideration, ensuring all governance, policies and procedures are adhered to

•Input all new products and amendments onto business systems for validation by the SSPM or deputise as required for deployment

•Drafting of change controls for review before submission to any outsourced partner for implementation

•Drafting of marketing instructions for review before submission to the Communications and Marketing Team.

•Review and approve amendments to key features and summary box documents as required

•Support the SSPM and wider team in the creation of savings product inputs for internal committees, dashboards, and ad hoc savings analysis

•Assist in areas that may arise from normal day to day operations to expand product offerings

•Develop and maintain a working knowledge of outsourced partners

•Ensure operational and ongoing performance is monitored daily and outputs visible within the team

•Assist with the notification and administration of product changes to any outsourced partner

•Assist the team’s maintenance of a market analysis database for both brands and proactively provide information with insightful commentary

•Maintain effective communication to keep abreast of operational objectives and performance standards

•Ensure the companies mission, programmes, products, and services are consistently presented in a strong and positive image

ASPM Knowledge Requirements:

•Develop and maintain knowledge of the UK savings market

•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel is essential

•Understanding of Financial or Savings industries is desirable

•Excellent listening skills, verbal, and written communication

•Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

•Organise and problem solve new challenges

•Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

The role is office based whilst training is being completed, with an opportunity to work under the client’s hybrid model.

Full time, permanent – 35hours between 9am-5pm (no weekends)
