Start Date: 29/4/19

Location: Outskirts of Manchester (Near Cheetham Hill)

Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday – Friday 8.30 – 4.30

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company as a Data Input & Payroll Administrator, supporting a team of coordinators. The reason for these temporary vacancies is to input missing data into new systems, whilst the new systems are being integrated into the business.


  • Data Input using various online tools using a high level of attention to detail
  • Entering Payroll details into timesheets (a high level of accuracy is needed)
  • Using various systems to extract data into Excel
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Updating information within an internal planning system


  • High Level of attention to detail
  • Proficient with Excel and MS Office
  • Able to prioritise and organise a busy workload
  • Methodical and structured organization skills
  • High level of oral, written and communication skills
