This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company as an Administrator, supporting a team of engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Logging scheduled jobs on to an internal system
- Liaising with engineers and customers
- Using various internal systems, email and spreadsheets
- Liaising with internal and external departments
- Updating information within an internal system
Skills:
- High Level of attention to detail
- Proficient with Excel and MS Office
- Able to prioritise and organise a busy workload
- High level of oral, written and communication skills
