Location: Manchester City Centre

Hours: 35 Hours Monday to Friday (between 7am -7pm)

Pay: £12.00 to £15.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Duration of Contract: One Month

Job Description:

The Administrator will provide day-to-day support for a Financial Services organisation settle in to their new premises within City Centre of Manchester. This company is very professional and busy, so they are looking for someone who is flexible and used to working in a busy environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • General administration
  • Data input and updating spreadsheets
  • Office re-organisation including re-arranging furniture
  • Filing
  • Ad-hoc office duties

Knowledge & Requirements Needed to Fulfil this role:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work flexibly in a very busy and unpredictable environment
  • Ability to construct clear, accurate and grammatically correct
  • Ability to work as part of a team Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft office packages (in particular Excel to Intermediate or advance level)
