We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team in Bolton.
We are looking for an Administrator who is confident in working in a fast-paced environment. The job holder needs to be an excellent team member with a flexible, proactive approach to work. This will involve answering emails, general office administration, use of internal systems, answering the phone to customers and liaising with other depots.
• Responding to incoming emails from customers and our APC depots
• Receiving incoming calls in from customers and our other APC depots and dealing with problems with the aim to resolve them swiftly and effectively
• Using internal systems to chase deliveries, book parcel deliveries, pallet deliveries, international shipments etc.
• Providing general office administrative support
ADMINISTRATOR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Have previous experience of working in an administrative capacity
• Excellent telephony manner
• Strong customer service experience
• Be confident using the Microsoft Office Suite
