​Salary: 18K-22K + Benefits

Hours: 35 hours Monday- Friday 8am – 4pm and 9am-5pm

Hybrid – 2/3 days per week

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business as an Advisor Payments Administrator.

• Process payments received within SLA

• Identify and address payment issues, recommending solutions where possible

• Maintain accurate records and audit trails

• Provide excellent customer service

• Respond to queries in a timely and effective manner

• Build and maintain good relationships with Key Stakeholders

• A confident approach

• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills

• Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills

• Ability to cope with pressure and react quickly to changing priorities

• Ability to work using own initiative but also as part of a team

• Analytical skills with problem-solving ability

• Ability to follow process when required

• Must have the flexibility to work 8am – 8pm one day per week
