Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company as an Administrator, supporting the Operational Team in the planning of the day to day delivery of Service Processes.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with Sub-Contractors on planning and scheduling of jobs
Raising PO’s for sub-contractors
Chasing contractors regarding planned visits
Updating dates and notes in the in-house system
Chasing for paperwork to be completed on time and accurately
Sending invoices to confirm jobs have been completed
Closing completed jobs down in the system
Re-arranging incomplete jobs
Speaking to contractors and clients relating to jobs

Skills:

Excellent organisational skills are essential
Excellent time keeping and attendance record
Strong work ethics
High competency level of computer and software skills including excel
Methodical approach to work
Team player, with the ability to fit into a small team easily
