Hours:                  37.5hpw Mon - Thu 8.30 – 5pm, Fri 8.30am – 3.30pm (No weekends)

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company as an Administrator, supporting the Operational Team in the planning of the day to day delivery of Service Processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with Sub-Contractors on planning and scheduling of jobs
  • Raising PO’s for sub-contractors
  • Chasing contractors regarding planned visits
  • Updating dates and notes in the in-house system
  • Chasing for paperwork to be completed on time and accurately
  • Sending invoices to confirm jobs have been completed
  • Closing completed jobs down in the system
  • Re-arranging incomplete jobs
  • Speaking to contractors and clients relating to jobs

Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills are essential
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance record
  • Strong work ethics
  • High competency level of computer and software skills including excel
  • Methodical approach to work
  • Team player, with the ability to fit into a small team easily
